Just in case the kids hadn't had enough sugar between the Easter baskets, cinnamon rolls, and dinner at Chuck-A-Rama, we ended the day with one more sugar dose in the form of birthday cake.
We sang "Happy Birthday" and let Sydney blow out the candles while Grandma and Grandpa were still on Skype. It was fun to be able to share that with them, but a little sad that they are so far away. Happy Birthday to Sydney and Grandpa!
Sydney chose this cake with an Easter Bunny and eggs on it, and we had the lady at the grocery store write "Happy Birthday Sydney" on it. Cute!

You will have to get the picture my parents took of Sydney and my dad together...obviously Sydney was on Skype!
