Sydney was fortunate enough to have her birthday fall on a Saturday this year, which meant that she was able to have her party on her actual birthday. I tried my hardest to talk her in to a party NOT at home, but she had her heart set on a Hawaiian themed celebration. I had plenty of Hawaiian crafts on hand in case it was too cold for swimming, but it turned out to be a beautiful, warm, sunny day. Eveyone was anxious to swim, so most of the crafts ended up going home with the girls as party favors.
