We headed out for Utah the week after school ended. The timing worked out perfectly for us to have some time with the Bret's side of the family before we left for the ranch in Idaho for the Lee family extravaganza. Natalie and I took the kids swimming at Willow Creek on the first sunny day Salt Lake had seen since summer began. The kids all had a great time swimming and playing together, in addition to running up Grandpa's tab at the snack bar.

I came home from running one morning to find Luke flat-ironing Sydney's hair. He actually did a pretty good job. Hmmm, maybe a future as a hairdresser?
